Why it may matter here
Marathon training is aerobic by default; without a strength benchmark there'd be no way to see what a running-heavy block does to strength over four months.
Current status
No readings recorded yet
- What will appear here
- A fixed, repeatable set of strength tests, logged with exact exercise, load, and reps — not a single number, but a small panel.

- What unlocks it
- First benchmark session is scheduled for the Week 4 cutback week, when training load is lighter.
Source & method
Logged testing protocol, self-administered with equipment the author already has: five-rep goblet squat load, a timed plank hold, grip strength, and a sit-to-stand test.
Measurement caveats
Self-administered testing has more form and effort-consistency variance than a supervised protocol. The exact protocol is fixed in advance and repeated identically at each checkpoint to keep that variance as constant as possible.
Author reflection
No reading yet means there's no real reaction to report — just the plan to get one. This section will carry a short first-person note once a baseline exists.
Dr. Reddy's background is on his profile, but he hasn't reviewed this yet. This module will carry his dated, attributed comment once he has — nothing here is invented in the meantime.
