Background

Dr. Reddy is a clinician-scientist with more than a decade of surgical experience and research. His academic background includes early research in cognitive neuroscience and regenerative medicine, and his clinical work has focused on preventive, precision-oriented approaches to healthspan — catching problems early rather than treating them after the fact.

He was previously the founding Chief Medical Officer of Elyx, a longevity-focused concierge clinic in Singapore.

No specific degrees, board registrations, or institutional affiliations are listed here — only what's been confirmed above. A profile photo isn't available yet.

What his role is

Dr. Reddy reviews the training plan, provides evidence-based commentary as the project runs, and helps keep the science side of this site accurate. He is a collaborator and reviewer — not a treating clinician for readers, and nothing published under his name here should be read as individual medical advice. See the medical disclaimer for the full boundary.

How his commentary will be attributed

Every piece of commentary published under his name will be clearly attributed, dated, and marked as one of three things: a summary of existing evidence, his clinical or expert judgment, or a project-specific suggestion. Those are different kinds of claims, and this site doesn't flatten them into one voice. Where he and the author disagree, the disagreement is preserved and shown, not resolved quietly in the edit.

Current status

His background is confirmed and published above. What's still open is the actual work: he hasn't yet formally reviewed the training plan, so no commentary is published under his name yet — see the "Doctor review" section on the Plan page and the disagreement-sequence preview on the homepage, both still missing his voice because that review hasn't happened.
